TFC's Capitol Complex Phase II officially topped out! The continuation of this transformative project will bring two new state office buildings (360,000 sf, 8-story building and a 165,000 sf, 5-story building) with below grade garages, the extension of the pedestrian mall and surface/underground parking for 2,550 vehicles to downtown Austin.

William T. Cannady Hall at Rice University recently won an AIA 2025 Houston Design Award for Architecture!
The project adds 22,000sf of thoughtfully designed space to the School of Architecture and features a fabrication hall, collaborative work areas, and an exhibition gallery.

The Pineywoods Dining Hall at Stephen F. Austin State is officially open! This remarkable building is the first mass timber dining hall in Texas and the first mass timber building for The University of Texas System.
